Saffron Case and Timothy Case sold a home at 4595 Fieldston Road in Queens to Susan Hyunkyung Choo for $2.8 million on June 14.

The 3,299-square-foot house in Riverdale/North Riverdale/Fieldston was built in 1920. It is located in the Fieldstone Historic District.

Saffron Case is a co-founder and an executive producer at Offspring, a New York-based design and animation company. She previously co-founded A Very Small Office, a production company in New York. Prior to that, she served as head of production and visual effects post producer at Imaginary Forces in Los Angeles. She has also worked for RGA and Disney.

She holds a law degree from the London School of Economics.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 6,991 home sales in Queens during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $410,000.
